How to Revive, Inspire, and Motivate Others to be Better Prepared

Join the next CERT volunteer meeting May 10, at 7pm at 997 Cedar

Is your neighborhood CERT group flagging? Do you want to start a new group but don't know how to start? Can a person unsure about preparedness count on you for information? On May 10th, Christine Sarkis and Susan Snyder will demonstrate an “Ambassador Toolkit” designed to get the better of reluctance, denial, uncertainty, and burn-out to emergency preparedness. The class will be interactive. Using tools from the kit, you will get to play a resistant participant in one setting, then switch and be a credible motivator in another. Take home new skills to use in your own neighborhood.
