Houses & Apartments

Please note important information regarding our theme houses:

Cloyne Court our substance-free, academic theme house. To live at Cloyne Court, you must agree to the Academic Theme house and Substance-Free policy, linked here
Hoyt Hall and Sherman Hall which house woman identified students during the academic year and are co-ed during the summer.
Lothlorien which serves only vegetarian food and does not allow meat in its common areas.
Oscar Wilde House - LGBTQIA & Queer Theme house. It offers a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment for people with nonconforming sexualities or genders.
Afro House - Residents of our African American Theme House are devoted to serving the local African American community.

Andres Castro Arms is our Person of Color theme house. 

Your space: A space in a bedroom (some are single, some are shared, most new members are in shared rooms) at one of the co-op rooming houses.  Houses have 17-140 residents with shared kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces.  
Food: Included at all houses during Fall and Spring. Included at some houses during Summer. 
Workshift: Approximately 5 hours a week. (Approximately 2-3 hours at houses without food during the summer).

  
  
  
  
  
  

Your room: Apartment residents get a single bedroom in a studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, or 4 bedroom apartment at a Co-op apartment complex. For those who want to live with a specific person, please note that fully vacant apartments are usually not available. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room shared with other members in your apartment. During the academic year, it is unusual for students without EOP priority to get an assignment to Rochdale or Fenwick. During the summer, we are able to assign new summer members to both apartment complexes.
Food: Not provided.  Each apartment has a kitchen where you can cook your own food.  
Workshift: 8-12 hours a semester.
